We renovated this entire basement involving permits, adding two bedrooms, full kitchen renovation, doubling the size of the bathroom, reframing multiple walls, rewiring and replumbing the house, new drywall, paint, flooring, trim, cutting bigger windows, new window wells, and more.

This was a full condo renovation with new kitchen including raising the ceiling height, new cabinets and countertop, lighting, flooring, opening the kitchen passthrough, new brick fireplace, new wall texture and paint, new doors and trim, and much more.

In this Project we cleaned up the main area and leveled the ground in order to pour more concrete pads for pathways around the hot tub and dining areas. We also poured a concrete border around the yard and laid artificial turf for a low maintenance landscape. 

The client for this basement renovation wanted to add a second bathroom in the basement. We removed the 6 year old rusted and broken cast iron pipes and replaced them with newer ABS lines with stub outs for the bathroom and future plans they had.

We turned a window in this high end home into a new patio door. It involved removing the trim and window, cutting out the existing cabinetry and framing, and installing and securing the new door to prep for the other subcontractors.

We started building an ADU for a client to allow more sleeping and restroom space handling design, land prep, foundation, framing, siding, roofing, electrical, and plumping. Project is still ongoing.

We completely changed the space of this bathroom. The client had torn down a wall and called us in to help. We replaced the subfloor, rewired the whole room with thew lights and switch locations, set new tile, new drywall, a recessed medicine cabinet, a wood accent wall, doors, trim, paint, and accessories.

This kitchen remodel included new cabinets, a custom cabinet base for the island to make it longer, adding a dishwasher, and running new can lights to bring the whole project to life.

In this cabin they had dilapidated vinyl and old carpet they wanted replaced with a nice LVP option that would not get damaged with constant snow being tracked in and weather changes. We laid the flooring in one consistent pattern with no transitions.

This client asked us to build them a shed for their lawn equipment. We took it a few steps further and built them a movable shed with a roof slope to match their awning slope, built on caster wheels so it could be wheeled out in order to clean behind it, a custom made cedar wood door, and interior shelving to hold longer items.

For this basement renovations we added larger windows to the project scope for both safety and updating the look, functionality, and feel. The windows were cut down into the foundation lower and new window wells needed to be dug, installed, and filled with the client's choice of drainage gravel for a newer and more functional look.

After a water line for the fridge ice maker flooded this kitchen, we remodeled the entire kitchen. This included new cabinets, countertops, flooring, layout, backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and ceiling lights.
